A subsidiary of Groupe Premium, ID Groupe and its three founding partners, Renaud Rolain, Benjamin Ferrou, and Laurent Bordes, simultaneously announce the integration of two new wealth management firms: ACTWIN in Toulouse and ANTE-MERIDIEM in La Rochelle, as well as the opening of an office in the Landes region. These operations bring the group’s assets under management to 1.05 billion euros: a historic milestone that crowns twenty years of development based on proximity and regional expertise.
ANTE-MERIDIEM: a strengthened presence in La Rochelle, the founding region of ID Groupe
ID Groupe has acquired a majority stake in the capital of ANTE-MERIDIEM, a La Rochelle-based wealth management firm whose activity complements a range of local businesses. The firm will be able to rely on the dynamism of its Managing Director, Ms. Anne Petrovic-Grollier, as well as her teams and advisors, Mr. Alexandre Hamon and Mr. Charles Brigand. This merger further anchors ID Groupe in its historic region. “Joining ID Groupe means giving ANTE-MERIDIEM the means for accelerated development, while remaining loyal to our clients and our region,” states Stéphane Martel, partner at ANTE-MERIDIEM.
ACTWIN by ID: a Toulouse-based firm serving executives and healthcare professionals
On June 17, 2026, ID Groupe acquired a majority stake in the capital of ACTWIN, a wealth management firm based in Toulouse. Founded in 2010 by Vincent Terrancle and Pauline Lobit, ACTWIN has expanded to four sites (Toulouse, Bordeaux, Île-de-Ré, and Aix-en-Provence) and now brings together nearly ten employees for over 100 million euros in assets under management. A generalist firm with notable expertise in pharmacists, ACTWIN has maintained strong ties with the world of high-level sports since its inception. Nearly 100 new clients per year arrive via recommendation, testifying to a model based on trust and proximity. Vincent Terrancle, founder of ACTWIN, states: “What sets us apart is the cohesion of our team and the quality of the bond with our clients.”

Les Landes: a new location rooted in the region
Since early June, ID Groupe has been established in Bénesse-Maremne.
