With the aim of integrating the ethical dimension into our strategy, the Management Board defines objectives to be achieved within the framework of its group policy:
- Parity objective in management bodies
We ensure that women at Groupe Premium occupy more positions of responsibility and join the management bodies of the Group’s subsidiaries. - Suppliers
We expect our suppliers to improve their practices, where necessary, to optimize their consumption and mitigate the negative impacts related to their activities. Suppliers and service providers pay particular attention to reducing their greenhouse gas emissions. - Contributing to the ecological transition
Groupe Premium’s leadership team ensures the implementation and compliance with the commitments made by Groupe Premium and works to achieve objectives related to the ecological transition.
