Investment Solutions: Asset Management, Structured Products, and Real Estate Investment Savings
Established within the Group in 2006, the investment solutions activity is one of Groupe Premium’s historical activities. Today, this activity brings together the brands Flornoy Ferri, I-Kapital, Neolife, Financière ORA, and Pierre Premier Gestion (PPG).

Flornoy Ferri, Asset Management Expert
Flornoy Ferri was born from the merger of FOX Gestion d’actifs, a company founded in 2006 by Benoit Jauvert, Flornoy et Associés Gestion, chaired by Olivier Flornoy, an asset manager committed to family values, and FerriGestion, an entrepreneurial asset management company founded by Sylvain and Nicolas Ferri, and acquired by Groupe Premium in 2021.
In 1819, the first family stockbroker position was created by Olivier Flornoy’s ancestor. He notably contributed to the establishment of the secondary market.
Today, Flornoy Ferri is Groupe Premium’s subsidiary specializing in asset management. Thanks to the combined expertise of FOX and Flornoy et associés gestions, the company now manages the savings and financial investments of a wide range of clients: individuals, associations and foundations, wealth management advisors, and institutional investors. Its offering is based on a range of equity, bond, diversified, and thematic UCITS.
In 2024, Flornoy Ferri represents over 3.2 billion euros under management.

I-Kapital, Creator of Tailor-Made Investment Solutions
Founded by Yoni Kabalo, I-Kapital is a consulting and brokerage firm specializing in the design and distribution of tailor-made, high-end financial products such as structured products, bonds, cash management, interest rates, and equities. These products are intended for institutional investors, businesses, private banks, family offices, and wealth management advisors.
The company was founded in 2016 by Joseph Châtel and Joël Vacher with the aim of developing real estate projects in mainland France through investment vehicles such as OPPCI, FPCI, and FCPR.
Pierre Premier Gestion (PPG) designs and manages high-value-added real estate investment strategies in mainland France, via dedicated vehicles (OPPCI, FPCI, FCPR) for private investors.
With its entry in November 2025, the offering developed by Pierre Premier Gestion will complement and enrich Groupe Premium’s existing range of SCPIs.
Co-fondateurs de Neolife
Neolife, a company specializing in the creation of innovative offerings based on life and retirement products.
Founded in 2022 by Alban de Follin (EM Lyon), Antoine Garaïalde (Paris Dauphine), and Pierre Moretti (Polytechnique – Stanford), and after solid experience for each of them in investment banking, Neolife is a company specializing in the creation of innovative offerings based on life and retirement products. In 2023, Neolife launched “Nutkin,” a 100% digital PER (Retirement Savings Plan) with guaranteed capital at maturity in a securities account, primarily aimed at cautious profiles.
Today, Groupe Premium becomes a partner and distributor of Neolife. Together, Groupe Premium and Neolife are developing an insurance-based PER offering with the Group’s partner insurers, starting with a product specialized for cautious profiles, featuring capital and performance guarantees.

Thanks to accounts available in over 50 currencies, Financière Ora supports its clients in all their foreign exchange operations to more than 150 countries. Specializing in supporting SMEs and Mid-Caps, its team also offers treasury solutions, including interest-bearing current accounts.
