Groupe Premium announces the acquisition of Club Adunéa, a community of nearly 150 independent wealth management firms. This operation, unprecedented to date, introduces an innovative value proposition to the French wealth management market, combining the strength of a large group with the independence of a business club.
Adunea retains its identity, its name, and its independent model.
Founded in 2025 by Bruno Delpeut, Club Adunéa brought together nearly 150 firms in eighteen months around a simple model: independence, cooperation, exchange of best practices, and optimization of tools and revenues. By joining Groupe Premium, and more specifically the Premium CGP division, the Club gains access to services that its members would not have deployed alone: compliance, governance, patrimonial engineering, and offer referencing. These are particularly sought-after skills by independent wealth management firms in an increasingly regulated sector.
Until now, the wealth advisory market seemed to offer entrepreneurs only two options: consolidate with a group, either as a majority or minority stake, or remain strictly independent. By backing a community of independent advisors, Groupe Premium establishes a new approach in the market: that of a large group putting its power at the service of non-integrated distribution.
“This is the first time a group of our size has put its strength at the service of firms it does not own. Our philosophy and our responsibility have always been focused on client support and the quality of advice delivered, regardless of the structure in which the advisor operates. With Adunéa, we are putting this requirement at the service of independence, and not just integration,” declares Olivier Farouz, Chairman of Groupe Premium.
For Bruno Delpeut, who retains operational responsibility for the Club, the backing changes the means without touching the spirit: “Adunéa was built with its members, around an DNA of free entrepreneurs. What we are changing is our capacity to act: more tools, more services, real negotiating power in the market. What we are not changing is what makes Adunéa.”
This new acquisition marks a structuring step for Groupe Premium’s CGP Division, which becomes one of the rare players to offer advisors a complete continuum of solutions, from the strictest independence to the most integrated forms of association.
“Our market lacked a model for advisors who wish to remain financially independent but are convinced that exchanging and sharing with their peers will be beneficial and create value for their clients. This is the link we are creating today. This diversity of models, assumed and coherent, is what makes us unique,” concludes Rachel de Valicourt, Managing Director of the Premium CGP Division.
