Groupe Premium announces the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of Sanso Longchamp AM and its merger with Flornoy Ferri, the Group’s management company. This transaction, planned for the first quarter of 2027, will bring Groupe Premium’s assets under management to more than €30 billion, thus reinforcing its position as a leader in wealth management in France and Italy.
The project provides for the merger of Sanso Longchamp AM with Flornoy Ferri. The acquisition will be accompanied by the reinvestment of the managers, including David Armstrong and David Kalfon, within Groupe Premium. Both executives will take on leadership roles within the new entity.

The new entity will bring together nearly 100 employees around a shared ambition: to build an entrepreneurial management company capable of competing with larger players, while preserving the agility, independence of investment convictions, and quality of service that characterize both firms.
Complementary expertise in asset management and private management
Flornoy Ferri, which manages €5.4 billion in assets, brings its regularly rewarded bond expertise and conviction-based private management, founded on tailor-made wealth support. Its teams build allocations adapted to the objectives, investment horizon, and risk profile of each client, through discretionary management or dedicated funds and in an open architecture. The company also relies on its long-term relationships with the Group’s insurance partners.
Sanso Longchamp AM, with €4.2 billion in assets, brings recognized expertise in European equities, quantitative investment solutions, and delegated management via Dalton funds. Its offering also covers bond management, private equity, complex products, and trust services.
An expanded offering serving a diversified clientele
The complementarity of expertise will make it possible to offer a complete range of investment solutions to meet the needs of all clienteles.
The new entity will continue the development of its external clientele of IFAs, individual investors, institutional investors, foundations and congregations, platforms, and family offices, while relying on Groupe Premium’s networks of wealth management advisors and its insurance partners. Sanso Longchamp AM’s presence in several European countries, with a strong footprint in Italy, will contribute to the Group’s continued European development.
Completion planned for the first quarter of 2027
The completion of the acquisition and the merger with Flornoy Ferri is planned for the first quarter of 2027, subject to obtaining regulatory authorizations from the AMF and the fulfillment of customary conditions precedent.
Olivier Farouz, Chairman of Groupe Premium, states:
“With this acquisition, Groupe Premium will exceed €30 billion in assets under management and will reinforce its position as a leader in wealth management in France and Italy. We intend to give Flornoy Ferri and Sanso Longchamp AM the means to accelerate together in Europe, with the same requirement for quality of management and service, to build a major champion in asset management.”
Benoît Jauvert, Chairman of the Management Board of Flornoy Ferri, states:
“The strength of this merger is the complementarity of our expertise and our clienteles. Flornoy Ferri’s bond expertise and private management will combine with Sanso Longchamp AM’s know-how in equities and quantitative solutions. We will thus be able to offer our respective clients a much broader range of investment solutions and support a wider clientele. This complementarity will allow us to better meet everyone’s expectations, with high-quality solutions and support adapted to different needs.”
David Armstrong, founding partner of Sanso Longchamp AM, states:
“We have always defended an entrepreneurial approach to asset management, based on the quality of the teams and the constant search for solutions adapted to the needs of investors. This merger gives us the means today to accelerate our development, particularly internationally and in structured products. It is a wonderful opportunity to grow our expertise within a more powerful entity, while remaining faithful to our philosophy.”
David Kalfon, founding partner of Sanso Longchamp AM, states:
“In asset management, the quality of a strategy is no longer enough: one must also have the means to make it known and distribute it effectively. By joining the forces of Flornoy Ferri and Groupe Premium, we are creating the conditions for a change in scale. This transaction allows us to combine management excellence, access to new markets, and distribution capacity. It is a merger that creates value for our clients, our employees, and our partners.”
