Founded in 2022 by Alban de Follin (EM Lyon), Antoine Garaïalde (Paris Dauphine), and Pierre Moretti (Polytechnique – Stanford), following their extensive experience in investment banking, Neolife is a firm specializing in the creation of innovative offerings linked to life insurance and retirement products. In 2023, Neolife launched “Nutkin,” a 100% digital, capital-guaranteed-at-maturity PER (Retirement Savings Plan) held within a securities account, primarily aimed at conservative investors.
Today, Groupe Premium is the majority shareholder and distributor of Neolife. Together, Groupe Premium and Neolife are working with the Group’s insurance partners to develop an insurance-based PER offering, starting with a specialized product for conservative profiles that includes capital and performance guarantees.
