Founded in 2022 by Alban de Follin (EM Lyon), Antoine Garaïalde (Paris Dauphine), and Pierre Moretti (Polytechnique – Stanford), and after solid experience for each of them in investment banking, Neolife is a company specializing in the creation of innovative offerings based on life and retirement products. In 2023, Neolife launched “Nutkin,” a 100% digital, capital-guaranteed-at-maturity PER (Retirement Savings Plan) held within a securities account, primarily aimed at conservative investors.
Today, Groupe Premium is the majority shareholder and distributor of Neolife. Together, Groupe Premium and Neolife are developing an insurance-based PER offering with the Group’s partner insurers, starting with a product specialized for cautious profiles, featuring capital and performance guarantees.
