Flornoy Ferri was born from the merger between FOX Gestion d’actifs, a company created in 2006 by Benoit Jauvert, and Flornoy et Associés Gestion, chaired by Olivier Flornoy, an asset manager committed to family values, followed by FerriGestion.
In 1819, the first family stockbroking seat was created by Olivier Flornoy’s ancestor. The latter notably contributed to the establishment of the Second Market. Building on this family history, Olivier Flornoy and his 5 partners developed Flornoy & Associés Gestion, an independent management company serving approximately 400 clients.
Today, Flornoy Ferri is the specialized asset management subsidiary of Groupe Premium. Thanks to the combined expertise of FOX and Flornoy et Associés Gestion, the company now manages the savings and financial investments of a broad clientele: individuals, associations and foundations, wealth management advisors, and institutional investors. Its offering is based on a range of equity, bond, diversified, and thematic UCIs.
In 2024, Flornoy Ferri represents more than 3.2 billion euros in assets under management.
