Growth Confirming the Scaling Up
Surpassing €500M in revenue over the last twelve months confirms the acceleration Groupe Premium has undertaken in recent years. This nearly 28% increase compared to fiscal year 2025 is based on the dynamic growth of its wealth management advisory, asset management, and investment solutions activities.
The crossing of €23 billion in assets under management also illustrates the trust of the Group’s clients, partners, and networks. These two indicators reinforce its position as a pan-European specialist and independent leader in wealth management in France.
€850M in Financing to Support the Next Phase of Development
Over the summer, Groupe Premium finalized the restructuring of its debt through €850M in financing, subscribed by leading banks and institutional investors.
This operation allows the Group to optimize its financial structure and acquire the resources necessary to continue its growth, consolidate its positions, and develop its various business lines.
First Ratings from S&P Global Ratings and Moody’s
As part of this operation, Groupe Premium sought ratings from S&P Global Ratings and Moody’s for the first time. The two agencies respectively assigned the following ratings:
S&P Global Ratings: B+
Moody’s: Ba3
This dual rating is a first for the wealth management sector in France.
This significantly enhances the group’s visibility among financial partners and places its financing policy within a broader institutional framework.
Olivier Farouz, President of Groupe Premium, states:
“Surpassing €500M in revenue over the last twelve months and €23 billion in assets under management marks a true scaling up. These results reflect the trust of our clients, partners, and teams. The €850M financing and our first ratings provide us with the means to accelerate with discipline. This is unprecedented, and our ambition is clear: to continue expanding our offerings and build, over the long term, the European leader in wealth management serving our clients.”
